Lawn and Shrub Maintenance Schedule
Lawn Maintenance Schedule:
May through October the lawn will be mowed once per week.
November through April the lawn will be mowed every other week
Shrub Trimming Schedule:
Langshire Way: January, April, July, and October
Woodridge Pointe: February, May, August, and November
Hurricane Shutter Regulations
Legends Golf and Country Club Regulation 11.16:
Any hurricane or other protective devices visible from outside a Home shall be of a type as approved by the ACC. Accordion and roll-up hurricane shutters may be left closed during hurricane season (June 1 to November 30) and not at any other time. Panel style hurricane shutters may be installed up to 50 hours prior to the expected arrival of a hurricane. Panel style hurricane shutters must be removed within a reasonable time after a storm.
Langshire of Legends Board Suggestion:
If the owner does not occupy their residence during hurricane season, or are physical unable to install their hurricane shutters it is recommended they make arrangements with an individual to install their shutters in their absence. This individual should assure the homeowner they will be in the area just prior to the hurricane to install the shutters. Make sure this person as access to your garage where most shutters are stored.
Use of Electrical Generators
During periods of Florida Power and Light electrical interruptions portable electrical generators may be used to provide electrical service to a home during the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. In situations of medical need these hours may be altered by the board when a medical needs letter, signed by a physician, is submitted to the board.
